Concrete Sealing Process
Our concrete sealing is a simple process as we use a commercial grade pressure washing system to clean and remove unwanted stains like oil, paint, gum, and rust. The area itself is roped off from traffic for 3-4 days because it has to be cleaned then dry for 24-48 hours depending on weather conditions. Then it can be properly sealed. If not done right the first time you may have to reseal it. When applying the concrete sealer, the application process is sensitive as you don’t want to apply product too quickly or too thick as it will develop air bubbles in the sealer and the outcome will be flawed. We make two applications to ensure sure that that the surface area is covered correctly which allows the concrete sealing to last longer.
We use only the best concrete sealing products supplied to local contractors through our concrete contractors’ supply house who sells more concrete sealing products locally than any other outlet. Our job is to make sure you are getting the best product for your money. The jobs we do are usually a two-part process from the pressure washing of the concrete to the concrete sealing process. We want to handle both aspects from the concrete cleaning to the sealing, if it’s not cleaned properly, the sealant used won’t look good when finished. We can apply the concrete sealing process to pattern stamped concrete, pavers, interlocking paver driveways, and exposed aggregate walkways.
